Women’s Kickboxing Seminar – January 14th, 2024

Join MKG Seattle for a 2-hour workshop focused on shaking off the rust and going over a variety of Muay Thai techniques.

This low-cost workshop is a great way to delve into the material for the Kickboxing classes at MKG Seattle.

Bring a friend or family member, get a workout, and get an introduction to all that Muay Thai Kickboxing has to offer!

Suitable for women ages 14 and older.

This Workshop Will Cover:

Striking form & fundamentals
Focus mitts & thai pad basics
Padwork & bagwork
Defensive & offensive drills
A challenging workout, scaled for any level of fitness
Flexibility and mobility
Equipment will be provided but bringing your own Thai pads, focus mitts and sticks is highly recommended.

The seminar will be suitable for all levels and is open to the public.

January 14th, 2024
