Monday, July 15th Schedule Change

MKG Students: Due to the awesome seminar with John Will this Monday, July 15th we will be operating on a reduced evening schedule. 6:00 JKD, 7:00 Phase 1/2/3 and 8:00 CSW/MMA classes will be cancelled for one night only. You are welcome t…o attend the 6:00 Muay Thai and 7:00 Foundations class which will be held in back or attend any class on Tuesday or Saturday to make up for lost time. The class with Queen Underwood is not affected but may be held on an alternate floor.
