MKG Seattle – Pinehurst/Northpark Indoor Class Schedules (Phase 2 Guidelines)

This is the schedule for indoor classes currently available at MKG Seattle. Whether your interest is fitness, strength training, martial arts, stress relief or general interest there is something for EVERYONE. Anyone looking for Kids Martial Arts classes will find that we have classes running Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:10 – 4:55 pm, and advanced classes on Saturdays from 9:00 – 9:50 am at our Pinehurst facility.

Some of our classes have been broadcast LIVE on Zoom for students to participate from home. Those classes were recorded and uploaded to our archive for future viewing.
