In 2012 we removed our schedule and pricing from our websites.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We’ve found that with the large number of classes, variety of classes and different membership options it was best that this information come directly from a staff member rather than our website. We ask you to PLEASE use one of the methods listed below.

There are 5 ways to get access to our schedule and pricing information.

1. Best Method – Stop by our facility at 10714 5th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125

2. 2nd Best – Call Now at 206-789-2411 and we will go over the basics with you.

3. 3rd Best – Request Information on Our Contact Page.

4. 4th Best – Register on any page in the upper right hand corner. When we contact you, which will be quickly, please ask for this information.

5. And, 5th. – Email us at info@mkgseattle.com.

We will be able to email you a .pdf of our adult martial arts, kids martial arts, CrossFit and MAX10 Fitness and Boot Camp.
