These two workshops are absolutely THE BEST way to check out our martial arts programs.

BOXING & KICKBOXING ESSENTIALS

If you’ve ever thought about boxing, kickboxing or good martial arts and self defense training this FREE workshop is the best way to get a feel for our classes and LEARN something too.

If you’re an experienced practitioner this will be a great opportunity to help some newcomers and brush up on your own fundamentals and pad holding.

Proper fundamentals are the secret to training safely, intensely, effectively and stay injury free.

On Saturday January 12th, 2019. MKG Seattle Instructors are conducting a class just for you! They will help you refine your technique, show you how to hold pads properly and ensure you leave with a great workout. No experience required, this event is open to the public and current members. There is absolutely no cost, it’s FREE!

MARTIAL ARTS & SELF DEFENSE ESSENTIALS

Everybody knows they should have at least SOME self defense training and knowledge. Nearly everybody we’ve talked to at least likes the idea of participating in martial arts or kickboxing though they may not have tried it.

We sometimes describe martial arts training as ‘a workout with a purpose’. A high level of physical fitness is a byproduct of the training and not the main goal! This means you’ll never have to ‘exercise’ another day in your life!

You’ll gain self defense skills, cultural appreciation and challenge your mind, body and emotional well being while having more fun than you ever imagined.

Find out how good boxing, kickboxing and martial arts training relates to and prepares you for real self defense.

This is a great introduction to martial arts and the MKG Method in particular.
