Free Community Self Defense Workshop – April 19th, 2025

The primary goal of our FREE Basic Self Defense seminar is to develop a participant’s ability to detect danger and avoid it if possible. The secondary focus is teaching the necessary physical skills and strategies needed to survive various types of physical altercations.

The MKG method employs techniques that are easy to perform under stress, are not pain or repetition based and have a proven track record.
