Fourth of July Schedule

MKG will be closed on Friday, July 4th and will be offering limited classes on Saturday, July 5th.

The following classes that will be taking place will be:

CrossFit On-Ramp at 8:00AM
CrossFit at 9:00AM
MAX10 Fitness – Bag Combat at 9:00AM
Martial Arts – Phase 10:00AM (available to all martial arts students of all levels)

** Also just a reminder that Childcare will NOT be available on July 5th and there will be no Yoga class on Sunday, July 6th at 9:30AM.
